Christian Diaz Barcia
Was born in 1973 in Nicaragua, Costa Rica. Graduated as an attorney at law and Notary Public of the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, since 1999 and has a Master of Corporate Law from the University for International Cooperation. He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association. Mr. Díaz is fully bilingual in English and Spanish; and has specialized in Corporate Law, Foreign Investment, Immigration Law, Real Estate Law, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Environmental Law. He is a Mediator of the Center of Dispute Resolution of in Property Matters of the Costa Rica Realtors Association, in the Center for International Conciliation and Arbitration (CICA) of the North American-Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce (Amcham), in the Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CEMEDAR) and in the Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Costa Rica Chamber of Commerce. He also is an arbitrator of the Center of Dispute Resolution of in Property Matters of the Costa Rica Realtors Association, Center for International Conciliation and Arbitration (CICA) of the North American-Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce (Amcham) and of the Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CEMEDAR). Realtor registers in the Costa Rica Realtors Association. Mr. Díaz has been a professor of the University of Costa Rica and of the University Escuela Libre de Derecho. Also, he is the Secretary of the Center for Dispute Resolutions of the Costa Rica Chamber of Architects and Engineers.

Priscilla Solano Castillo
Was born in 1974 in Costa Rica. Graduated as an attorney at law and Notary Public from the University of Costa Rica in 1996. She graduated as a PhD with “Cum Laudem” degree honors and has specialized in Property Law, Real Estate Law, Labour law, and Criminal Law. She has studies from Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA, and two Master Degrees in International Health and Public Health, from United Nations, Washington DC, and University of Costa Rica, Costa Rica. She is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association. Mrs Solano is fully bilingual in english and spanish; and has been for over 7 years a professor of Private Rights, Criminal law and Gender and Law, at the University of Costa Rica. Also she has taught Economic Felonies, at the Master’s Degree Program in the National University of Costa. Thanks to her true interest and her great knowledge in Labour Law, Mrs. Solano was appointed Legal Advisor to Labour Ministry (MTSS) between 2005 and 2006. She has had other public appointments such as: Sub-Executive Chairman of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce, Executive Chairman of the Gender Secretariat at the Supreme Court of Costa Rica and member of the High Level Commission of the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB/BID) Project with the Supreme Court of Costa Rica. Also she had other international appointments such as: International consultant of the World Health Organization/ Pan-American Health Organization OPS | WHO and the Organization of American Estates, know as the OEA. She has published numerous legal articles in prestigious national magazines.

José Pablo Masís Artavia
Was born in 1971 in Costa Rica. Graduated as an attorney at law and Notary Public from the University Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1998. He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association. He is bilingual in english and spanish. As paralegal he worked in importan law firms such as Gutiérrez, Hernández & Pauly and continuing as an attorney in said law firm. Was born in 1974 in Costa Rica. Member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 1999. Master in Commercial Law, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia (2003). Certificated in International Competence, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia (2002). Rosario Jiménez Delgadillo
Was born in 1959 Costa Rica. Graduated as an attorney at law and Notary Public at the Santo Tomas de Aquino University, Costa Rica. She is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
